How to wash the tulle?

Before bleaching the tulle from soot, look at what you have at hand. You will find it useful:

• edible salt;

• washing powder for delicate washing;

How to wash the tulle manually?

Time makes itself felt and no matter how good, expensive fabric you have a curtain, it gradually becomes dirty, darkens and dims, which greatly spoils the overall look in the room. Then you need to think about how to remove the tulle? At what temperature to wash, so as not to damage it?

Do it in several successive steps, proposed below, and an excellent result will not take long!

Stage 1

1. Remove the soiled tulle from the window.
2. Take it and shake it well from dust, it is better to do this outdoors.
3. Pour warm water about 36 degrees into the bucket.
4. Add edible salt to the prepared water so that the water in the bucket is salty.
5. Place the cloth in prepared water for two hours.
6. Remove it from dirty water.
7. Rinse the product in warm water.

Important! It is possible to rinse the tulle only in warm water, since it is afraid of hot and from it becomes yellow and hard!

Stage 2

1. Pour warm water into the basin.
2. Add vinegar to the water at the rate of 1 tablespoon per liter of water.
3. Stir vinegar in water.
4. Add a little powder for delicate fabrics or a powder machine to the solution.
5. Stir well so that no grains remain, or use a liquid detergent.
6. Put the fabric in the basin and start the washing process.

Important! When washing, do not need to squeeze, twist, rub strongly, as this can damage the product.

Stage 3

1. Pour warm, clean water into the basin.
2. Add a little blue to the water so that it takes on a little characteristic shade.
3. Wash the product in solution.
4. Get her out of the water.
5. Wait for the water to drain.
6. Gently hang the curtain back on the window.

How to remove yellowness from tulle?

For the most difficult pollution, when your curtain has taken on bright yellow spots, you can apply long-tried folk methods. They do not require large economic costs, but at the same time they are no less effective than modern household chemicals.

Method 1

1. Take 1 tbsp. ammonia and 2 tbsp. 3% hydrogen peroxide solution.
2. Pour hot water into a bucket.
3. Add ammonia and peroxide to the water.
4. Stir the solution with a wooden spatula.
5. Wear rubber gloves.
6. Place the product in the solution.
7. Leave the product in solution for 15-20 minutes.
8. Get him out.
9. Rinse with water.

Method 2

There is a more gentle way to whiten a nylon curtain:

1. Take the already washed curtain.
2. Pour warm water (not more than 40 degrees) into the basin.
3. Put salt in it.
4. Place the product there for 15 minutes.
5. Get him out of the water.
6. Squeeze lightly.
7. Hang on the ledge.

Method 3

1. Stage 1:
   1. Soak the curtain in cool water.
   2. Add 3-4 tablespoons of kitchen salt for every 0.5 liter of warm water.
   3. Put it in the solution.
   4. Remove and rinse in cold water.
2. Stage 2:
   1. Take a glass of water.
   2. Add 10-15 drops of green stuff to it.
   3. Stir the resulting solution and let stand for 2-3 minutes.
   4. Pick up a basin of water.
   5. Pour the contents of the glass into the basin.
   6. Soak the product in the basin for 2-3 minutes.
   7. Stir it occasionally.
   8. Take it out and gently wring it out.
   9. Hang, let the water drain.

Important! The solution with brilliant green should turn out without sediment, otherwise green stains will remain on the product.

Method 4

Another good method to bleach kapron tulle:

1. Wash the product with a main wash.
2. Make a starch solution.
3. Dip window textiles into it.
4. Mix well.
5. Remove the fabric and rinse well in clean water.
6. Hang it up.

Important! At the next wash, all adhering dirt will immediately go away with the starch, which dissolves very well in water.

Method 5

1. Take the “Whiteness” bleach.
2. Dilute it in several liters of water (see instructions).
3. Place the curtain in the resulting solution.
4. Leave it on for 30 minutes.
5. Remove the product and rinse thoroughly.

Important! After such bleaching, the product will have a smell of chlorine, which will need to be masked with air conditioning.

How to wash a tulle with a machine?

When there is no time to mess with hand washing, especially if you are waiting for guests soon, you can use the washing machine.

Stage 1

1. Shake the tulle from dust.
2. Take a basin with water.
3. Fill it with warm water, not higher than 40 degrees.
4. Add salt there.
5. Soak the product for 30 minutes.
6. Remove and rinse it well in cold water.

Important! If time is running out or your tulle is not in such a deplorable state, skip the soaking process boldly.

Stage 2

1. Take a special bag for delicate washing (you can use a regular pillowcase).
2. Put the product in the bag.
3. Choose a delicate wash mode at 30-40 degrees.
4. Machine wash without spin.
5. Take out and hang on the ledge.

Important! Do not set the temperature when washing more than 40 degrees, otherwise you cannot avoid the yellow spots on the curtain.
