Important! For the preparation of homemade yogurt, you can use both animal and vegetable origin milk, for example, soy or almond milk.

  • Pour milk into the multicooker bowl and heat to 40-42 degrees.

Important! If you use homemade milk, it must be sterilized. You can do this in a slow cooker, having stood for 20 minutes at a temperature of 90 degrees. Thus, you will kill all bacteria, and milk will retain its beneficial properties, which cannot be achieved by ordinary boiling.

  • Dissolve the ferment with warm milk, pour it into the bowl to the rest of the milk.
  • Choose the program “Yogurt” or set the temperature of the multicooker to 40 degrees and leave to cook for 8 hours.
  • Let the finished yogurt cool, put in the refrigerator for several hours, so that it “reaches”.

Important! In order to make a mixture of spices for Adyghe cheese, you need to mix in equal parts salt, turmeric, Provencal herbs, white pepper, coriander and black pepper.

  1. Pour the milk into the bowl of the multicooker, bring to a boil in the “stew” mode.
  2. Squeeze out all the juice from the lemon and add to the milk.
