How to clean topaz?

How to clean diamonds?

Method 1

Purity and brilliance of your diamonds will return the usual ammonia solution:

1. Take 1 cup of cold water.
2. Add 3-4 drops of ammonia.
3. Mix well.
4. Put the jewelry in water.
5. Leave on for 30 minutes.
6. Remove from the water.
7. Clean the stone with a soft toothbrush or flannel cloth.
8. Submerge in water with ammonia for another 5-10 minutes.
9. Remove and wipe dry with a flannel or paper towel.

On a note! If the decoration is very dirty, additional steps will be required. Take a toothpick, wrap a small piece of cotton wool on it, soak it in ammonia solution and gently wipe the most contaminated places. Rinse in water or wipe with a soft cloth.

Method 2

Use ammonia and vodka to clean:

1. Take a glass.
2. Pour in it, in equal proportions, ammonia and vodka.
3. Shuffle.
4. Put the diamond product in the solution.
5. Leave on for 30 minutes.
