Method number 1

This is the most standard way to build a Halabud. But if you approach the process creatively, you can make a complex version of such a structure:

  • Prepare all the pieces of furniture that you will use for construction.

Important! If you have large cardboard sheets, they can be an excellent material to strengthen the structure.

  • Chairs (or other pieces of furniture) should be arranged in a circle so that they do not fall on you during your stay in the finished hut.
  • If you have one large blanket, the size of which is enough, then just cover him with chairs. Otherwise, you can use several blankets at the same time. To do this, they must first be fastened with pins, clothespins, paper clips or other options for fasteners.

Important! In order for the “roof” of your hut to not fly off, you can fix it with rubber bands.

  • Decorate the doorway. To do this, simply leave an open hole in the front or back of your facility.
  • Spread books or other heavy objects around the edges that prevent the building from falling.
  • Write the name of your makeshift house or party on a piece of paper and hang it at the entrance.
  • Throw rollers and blankets inside. Bring a pair of flashlights, an MP3 player or laptop with you.

That's all, the hut is ready! Now you can safely call your friends and invite them to visit.

Important! If the size of the room allows, then you can make your fort quite large and even divide it into rooms.

Method number 2

We bring to your attention another option how to make a house out of blankets and pillows:

  • Try to collect the maximum number of pillows and other similar items. Sofa cushions are best suited for these purposes.
  • From the densest erect the walls of your "building".

Important! In order for your hut to not quickly collapse, pillows and rollers must be placed, not put.

  • Put a hard pillow on top or cover with a blanket.
  • The floor of such a house can also be covered with pillows or other soft products.

Important! If possible, the back of the sofa will be an excellent support wall for this design. To do this, you just need to put pillows on the sides and cover with a blanket.

Method number 3

You can build a great fort where you can spend fun together with friends. To do this, you will need chairs, a blanket, clothespins and a sheet:

  • Lay out the blanket on the floor.

Important! Try to choose a soft blanket for these purposes, so that it is comfortable to sit on.

  • Put one chair on each corner.
  • Lay the sheet on the chairs and secure with clothespins.

Important! You can leave your hut in this form, or you can add more additional walls. To do this, take the sheets, pick them up and secure with clothespins.

Method number 4

If you want to surprise your friends with an even more original structure, you can build a wigwam:

  1. Take the chairs with high backs and place them in a square.
  2. Lay a light blanket on top and secure it with clothespins.
  3. Pull each chair until the sagging of the blanket begins to fade.
  4. Take some stick and place it in the middle of your wigwam.
  5. In order for it not to fall, it should be cushioned.
  6. Bring blankets, rollers, flashlights, a computer, and sweet treats inside.

Useful Tips

In order to make the hut more comfortable and stable, we offer you some small tricks that will help you with this:

  • Use a battery-powered flashlight to illuminate your indoor home. It must be placed on the “ceiling” or floor.
  • Using pillowcases and towels, cover all the cracks.
  • If it gets hot, you can place a portable fan nearby.
  • Pretend and fantasize. Thus, your game will be much more interesting.
  • Place a pillow or cardboard box in place of the door.
  • In order to divide the fort into rooms, you can also use chairs, pillows and boxes.
  • To keep your fortress longer, take light blankets and sheets.
  • For construction, try to use those items that in the near future no one will need.
  • The hut is best placed in the center of the room. Avoid places near a door or window.
  • Do not use breakable, fragile objects. Besides the fact that they can be damaged, they can still be harmful to your health and injure you.
  • Do not use plastic sheets, as they emit an unpleasant, and sometimes toxic, odor.
  • Do not turn on the lights inside. They can heat up, creating a fire hazard.
  • Be careful with large items.
  • Do not create a strong mess, as it will take a long time to clean up.
  • Always build a hut with friends, because it is much more interesting.
