Take a thin napkin or mirror and touch alternately several parts of the face:

  • if there are oily traces on the paper, then your skin is of the oily type;
  • if no traces of contact were found at all - your skin is dry;
  • if the trace is noticeable after touching one area, but it is completely gone when touching another area, then your skin is combination.

Test 3

To determine whether your skin is sensitive, use a simple, non-sharp pencil. Draw them a line from the forehead to the chin. If a pencil leaves a mark, then your skin is sensitive and requires special attention to the selection of funds for caring for it.

Important! Decoctions of herbs for morning washing are best prepared in the evening. So the herbs are better infused, and the broth will be more saturated and useful. You can also prepare such face care products with a margin and store in the refrigerator for up to three days. In this case, they should be warmed to room temperature before use.

  1. Great for washing milk. Mixing it in equal volume with water, you make your skin a soothing mixture that will have a beneficial effect on it when washing.
  2. For women aged who have a dry skin type, washing with ice is perfect. Decoctions for ice are well prepared from sage, chamomile, linden blossom, mint, lemon balm or a combination of these herbs. The proportion for such decoctions should be 1 tbsp. l herbs for 1 cup boiling water. Insist infusion should be at least an hour. Pour the finished broth into an ice mold and place in the freezer. Every morning, use one ice cube instead of washing, rubbing it on your face for 2-3 minutes.

Important! Soap can be washed no more than 1 time per week. Soap for this is best suited milk, baby with herbs, or spermaceti.
