Material characteristics

How to lay floor tiles?

To lay ceramic tiles under a tree on the floor, you first need to prepare a perfectly even base, since even slight differences in height can give the coating an unnatural appearance. For this, it is better to use self-leveling mixtures. Before laying the tiles, the surface must be perfectly clean, dry and fat free.

Important! To create high-quality adhesion of the base and tile, the surface should be primed before installation.

To lay the tiles, you will need the following:

Operating procedure:

1. First, marking the floor, according to the desired installation option.

• Another spectacular, but rather complicated in execution is the option of laying “frame”. Here, narrow strips of products of different lengths of two colors are used. This method assumes accurate calculations of the material, as well as marking for the location of the tiles.
