First, let's look at the general rules:

• The distance from the wall to the lamp should be at least 20 cm.
• If there is a chandelier in the room, then you need to fix it strictly in the middle.
• If the bulbs will be installed in a studio apartment, then in this case it must be divided into zones. Thus, each zone should have its own main light source.

Important! For example, if this is a living room, then a chandelier hangs right in the middle, and the point elements come as an addition. At the same time, the main source is installed in the kitchen.

• PVC stretch ceilings have seams that connect the edges of the film. In this case, the bulbs should be no closer than 15 cm from the joints.
• To achieve good lighting, you need to correctly calculate the required amount. The calculation can be performed as follows, for every 2 sq.m there should be one light element. You can reduce the volume to 1.5 square meters. m

Important! If the arrangement of the bulbs is symmetrical, then they need to be fixed at the same distance. Both between themselves and from the walls.

• Do not forget that the closer the elements are located to the stretch ceiling, the less their heat should be. For example, ordinary light bulbs, whose power is 40 watts, are easily suitable for PVC tension. If you take halogen, then their power should be 20 watts. For fabric, the numbers are slightly different, namely 60 watts and 35 watts.

Important! Pay attention to the distance between the pumps and the ceiling. Fix the spotlight from PVC tension at least 20 cm., Chandelier - at least 15 cm.

• When installing in the room and chandeliers, and small bulbs, the main work of lighting lies on the chandelier, while the rest of the devices perform an additional role.

Important! If you decide to choose only spotlights, then this is fraught with areas of blackout. You can remove them with the help of additional light elements, the so-called backlight.

• When installing additional lighting in the studio, it is better to use rotary options. This property will allow you to competently play with light if necessary.

Placement of lamps in different rooms

Now let's look at how to place light bulbs on a stretch ceiling in different rooms.

Kitchen

Before you begin, it is worthwhile to first draw up an approximate layout on paper.In the kitchen, as a rule, with the help of light, space is divided into zones, namely the working and eating areas:

• Using only point elements will be relevant in a small kitchen area. Arrange them in the form of three lines. Initially, a line is drawn that is in the middle of the room, the next - at the same distance on both sides. With this arrangement, there will be no dimming areas.
• If the size of the kitchen is large, then in this case, the main source of light is needed, which must be determined above the dining area. We provide a working area with additional light elements.

Important! If this arrangement does not have enough light above the work area, then you can attach a backlight on the hanging cabinets below.

Living room

This part is the main room of any home. It should be very well lit. The main and additional light sources come to the rescue here:

• The chandelier needs to be attached strictly in the middle of the space. Its dimensions should be appropriate.
• We get additional lighting using spotlights. It is necessary to arrange them around the perimeter of the room. But this is not their only location.
