Product body

• Aspen.
• Alder.

Door

The door is made into the whole size of the front support:

• This component is assembled on a frame with dimensions of 0.25x100 mm with the condition that the boards of this frame fit very tightly into the opening, and the rest covers all joints.
• A rubber sealant is often placed around the entire perimeter of the hole (rubber from the refrigerator is also suitable). If not, you can use the felt strip.

Roof

Important! The cover must also be completely sealed. For those who plan to install a smokehouse on the street, it is recommended that the roof be primed and coated with oil paint. Assembly

Smoke generator:

• It is best to give preference to the injector type of generator.
• The vertical installation will have to be mounted on the back of the casing and connected to an internal chimney, which will require a diameter of up to 40 mm.

Important! For a source of cold smoke, you can take another type of generator, if you understand the technical capabilities.

• You can turn cold smoking into hot using a special heating element. As such, a closed spiral heating element with a power of up to one kW is perfect. Such an element is installed at the bottom of the cabinet.
• To comply with fire safety measures, it is recommended to use a metal radiator or some bracket that can provide a height of at least 10 cm as a stand.
• In this case, heat dissipation will not harm the tree, because on top of the heater you can protect the pan, which will accumulate all the fat.

Important! It is best to make a removable baking sheet in order to periodically clean.

It is this pallet that saves the element from getting fat on it. For cold smoking, the heating component is simply turned off and the temperature inside the cabinet will not exceed 40 degrees. For hot smoking, normal operation is activated.

Important! In fact, no one bothers you to raise the temperature to 150 degrees, because it is very easily regulated by a special sensor, which is most convenient to install in the upper part of the structure. If you want to make the operating conditions more comfortable, install the thermometer.
